NON ASBESTOS HEAT RESISTANT PLATES

 Outline

Non-asbestos heat resistant plates that endure temperatures ranging from 200℃ ~ 1260℃

are widely applied as heat-preserving plates for molds and other high-temperature endurable

equipment.

  1. MW-718-XLC / MW-720-XLC / MW-729-XLC；TEMPERATURE 260~ 380 ℃ 

      Carbon fibre (compound stone), a kind of compound material, is made from carbon

fibre felt and high performance epoxy resin. It has the following features, low heat

transmitting, ignition preventing, high temperature resisting, static preventing, and

chemical anti corrupting and light. It has been widely used in electronic industry,

air craft industry, watercraft industry, and so on. In the field of electronic manufacturing

welding protecting material, this material is the best choice for its outstanding advantages

: such as, easy to beprocessed, high requirement on intensity and the sheet metal can

keep the greatest camber when heating. This material has provided a great PCB board

carrying fixture, which is durable, high temperature resisting and static preventing, for

electronic wave crest welding / reflux welding process. LFC718, 720, 729 will maintain

excellent mechanical intensity in the constant application at 260 Degree Celsius . In

addition, it is suitable for the 360 Degree Celsius  wave crest welding/reflux welding high

temperature manufacture and production. It can be used for more than 20,000 times in the

high temperature production line.

  2. MW-730-XLC / MW-750-XLC；TEMPERATURE 220~300℃

  4. MW-KL350；TEMPERATURE 350℃      

Today’s industries demand diversified high standard heat-

insulating and preserving products. KC-KL350 has excellent

heat-insulating and low heat-expansion glass fiber material.

It is easily malleable for custom orders. Its rod-like shape

enables easy installation. In addition, it has moreadvantages

than other heat-insulating plates and is widely used as a heat-

preserving plate for molds and other high-temperature

endurable equipment.

  5.  MW-LB400；TEMPERATURE 400℃

General heat-insulating plates ensure temperatures up to 200℃.

MW-LB400 series heat-insulating plates are able to continuously

endure high temperatures up to 400℃with its exceptional

enduring and heat-resistant material. The series also has second

to none size stability features that help tominimize deformation

caused by heat expansion or pressure under high emperature as

well as that caused by long wear and tear.

  6. MW-R5660- T；TEMPERATURE 550~1000℃

R-5660-T series of Thick Mica Plate is Rigid Mica Plate with

thickness more than 5mm; it is mica laminates designed for

providing outstanding resistant to high voltage and to high

temperature.

R-5660- T series has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file

No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe (the file No.

Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278

/ CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food
