NON ASBESTOS HEAT RESISTANT PLATES
Non-asbestos heat resistant plates that endure temperatures ranging from 200℃ ~ 1260℃ are widely applied as heat-preserving plates for molds and other high-temperature endurable equipment.
1. MW-718-XLC / MW-720-XLC / MW-729-XLC;TEMPERATURE 260~ 380 ℃
Carbon fibre (compound stone), a kind of compound material, is made from carbon fibre felt and high performance epoxy resin. It has the following features, low heat transmitting, ignition preventing, high temperature resisting, static preventing, and chemical anti corrupting and light. It has been widely used in electronic industry, air craft industry, watercraft industry, and so on. In the field of electronic manufacturing welding protecting material, this material is the best choice for its outstanding advantages : such as, easy to beprocessed, high requirement on intensity and the sheet metal can keep the greatest camber when heating. This material has provided a great PCB board carrying fixture, which is durable, high temperature resisting and static preventing, for electronic wave crest welding / reflux welding process. LFC718, 720, 729 will maintain excellent mechanical intensity in the constant application at 260 Degree Celsius . 2. MW-730-XLC / MW-750-XLC;TEMPERATURE 220~300℃

5. MW-LB400 General heat-insulating plates ensure temperatures up to 200℃. MW-LB400 series heat-insulating plates are able to continuously endure high temperatures up to 400℃with its exceptional enduring and heat-resistant material.
