        Mica Power in various forms is

 obtained by grinding/breaking mica scrap, which is a slow, costly

 and extremely complicated process, because of the scrap

 being tough and having a plate like structure.Mica powder is known of its excellent insulation, high

 temperature resistant, and luster properties, and chemical stability, good

 flexibility and toughed.

Application: Mica powder are widely used for daily chemicals (such as

 cosmetics, carmine and pearl pigment), mica ceramic raw material, paint

 material, plastics and rubber materials, building materials and etc.

【MICA BUS DUCT】

With the booming of high

 building in cities, fire-

resistant bus duct is key

parts for the building.

Mica possesses the most

outstanding dielectrical,

and thermal resistant

properties which are not found in any other product. So we develop a mica

parts (as shows in the following picture )only used for bus duct as the

substance of mica tape. The bus ducts with mica have passed the tests

from the National Supervision and Test Centre for the Quality of Fireproof

Building Materials.

Because of high density, excellent mechanical properies of this mica parts,

bus duct has prominent advantage than traditional solution, the products

are successful used in the Shanghai International Trade Towel, the second

highest building in Aisa

【MICA PAPER】

    Uncalcined Mica paper is made by hydraulic separation process using

 the best quality of muscovite, phlogopite or synthetic mica ,which is first

reduced to pulp and then made into the form of paper in rolls. It mainly

used for all kind of mica sheets and mica tapes.

【MICA INSULATOR】   

        Mica insulator is an entirely mineral material that basically consists of mica

 and glass – a building agent that can be vitrified by fusion. These elements are

mixed and combined in powder form, and then heated under pressure: the

particles of glass when they melt, cover the flakes of mica to form a compact and

hard mass.
       Glass-mica compounds hold a privileged position among the wide variety of

insulators offered to the electrical industry. They are positioned by their

temperature of use between plastics and ceramics but they possess the ability to

be moulded and to be machined like the former but physical and chemical

properties to these practical advantages which makes it an entirely exceptional

insulator.
